Repeat Prescriptions

The Prescription Department is responsible for handling your repeat prescription requests, ensuring each is forwarded to the pharmacy of your choice and handling any prescription queries you may have, including liaising with your doctors if necessary.

It is surgery practice to issue 28 day prescriptions in accordance with NHS policy.


Ordering

Prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

1. Telephone 01903 692277 (direct line).

2. Online by visiting either www.myrepeats.com  (Lime Tree Pharmacy or Shelley Community Pharmacy customers only).
 
3. Drop off your computer-generated re-order form in the box situated on the reception desk.

4. Post or fax the re-order form to the surgery. Fax number 01903 276555.

Collection

A large majority of our prescriptions are now forwarded directly to the in-house Lime tree Pharmacy. If you choose to use this service you will be able to collect your medicines from Lime tree Pharmacy three working days following your request. If you wish to collect the prescription form reception, we aim to have it ready for you in two working days.
