Out-Of-Hours Service
The out-of-hours service is operated by Harmoni, a
private organisation which provides care for our
patients when the surgery is closed. Harmoni provides
telephone advice, and also operates a Primary Care
Centre located at Swandean High Salvington which you
will be encouraged to attend if you need to see a
doctor. A doctor will visit your home if needed. Please
note that for training purposes, your telephone call to
Harmoni will be recorded. The direct telephone number
for Harmoni is 0300 130 1313.
NHS Direct is a 24-hour nurse-led helpline providing
advice and information on:
• What to do if you’re feeling
ill
• Health concerns for you and your family
• Local health services
• Self-help and support organisations
