New Computer System

General Information
From the 31st of August until the 13th of September Lime Tree Surgery is having a new computer system installed. During this period appointment booking and the issuing of repeat prescriptions will be affected.

GP Appointments
From the 31st of August until the 13th of September we will be providing a book-on-the-day service only. There will be no opportunity for forward bookings. If you need treatment during this period please ring on the day to book an appointment.

Prescriptions
If you are due a new repeat prescription during the install period then you must make this request early. If you will need your repeat medication issuing between the 31st of August and the 13th of September please hand in your request in by the 17th of August at the latest.
