If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or severe bleeding call an ambulance (telephone 999) before calling the surgery.  This will reduce any delay in getting help.

A doctor is always available for medical emergencies. In an emergency please telephone 01903 264101. When the surgery is closed the answer-phone will give you the number you need to ring which is 0300 130 1313.

You can contact the NHS Direct service on 0845 46 47 or via the internet at www.nhs.net  NHS
